Just ponder over about your children; perhaps right now your kids might be staying with you, so a two story house sounds like a good idea. But in future, if they are going off on their own, a big home might be too big to maintain!

With the spade work ready, there are dozens of factors that can immensely impact how your home suits your life style. First and foremost, always allocate your budget to your future home. Two of the main things that affect a home's cost are its size and features; a large house with many features will invariably cost more. It is possible to have a comfortable home with many features, at an affordable cost too. Designers can make house feel larger than actually it is.
