Did you now how to follow up a new customer with less phone calls?
First thing for you to know that you only have about 5 minutes for first follow up in the phone. The rest of that is a meeting arrangement.
So what should I do to follow up my customers as quickly as you can?
#1 doesn't waste your time for non related conversations during the calls. Bring your company profile references and don't display all your product details in phone. Just talk about the benefits of your company and your products for 3 minutes.
Self confidence is the most important thing when you make phone calls. Some peoples will pay attention to you if you doing this. You must have a self confidence to attract your clients, so that they will treat you as an important person.
Show your profile and we sure that you do not want to be under estimated by you Once they under estimated you, don't hope that they will Trust you. Show your performance, I believe you can do that. Impress them with your personality skills not just product knowledge.
Show them that you are not selling a cheap low quality business.
#2 after doing some introductions about you and your company, Get to the point of the conversations. Ask him/her to have meeting schedule in their office or some other places.
#3 the important rules: make sure that your leads do not have to think about their scheduled for a meeting plan. That a pointless solution. Push them to meet you at the time that you have set for them.
#4 learns the basic of "how to make friends peoples and get them to trust you". You will learn it and get into the deep of the top class marketer system, once you have already followed up many customers. Try it! Don't waste your time in waiting them to call back to you when you've followed up them. It's useless.
#5 remembers to use your own mind mapping. Don't Act that you must force them to buy your solution or product. If you want to get big customers, you must find by yourself about the hot buttons and how to grab their attention.....
So how this thing can be done?
One point in keeping a public relationship with is to find out ways to attract your customers, keep your questions simple and easy to understand. The related Questions that can make your clients have a feedback and response to you. So you can know exactly 'what they want?'
#6 you don't have to talk too much, usually your client will get boring when you talk too much about details of your products. And soon they will have a less attention to hear you. Keep them talk for you as long as possible. You just need to listen to them and focus on it. Soon they will get easy to know who you are and they will do what you want them do.
#7 one thing you must keep in your mind for a long term relationship. Don't think that your customer must buy your stuff in the first time meeting. You can not force them to buy your product. But you can force them to trust you and paid attention to you.
Remember this.... You must keeping in your mind.
1. You are not selling any low quality products
2. Share your Knowledge and Information (any useful and related) for free.
3. Ask them the good questions that can move them to top level interested part.
So many ways out there is telling you about "how to get deals with your customers".
How many ways to get your customer to trust you and get your long term relationship?
You have to find out yourself.
Hope it's useful.
